QQ5 is a great flop with AA or KK so does that not discount these hands somewhat when he checks the flop?? I would call the turn and fold to a river shove unless it is a J of course.

June Quit basically min 3-betting. Look up SplitSuit's video on pot geometry. You have a strong hand and every BB you can get in early makes a huge difference by the river.
As played, I think raising the turn is the worst option. Raising here allows him to only proceed with the hands that beat you and fold the ones that don't.
